In the early 1970-ties, a couple of young entrepreneurs from Uddeholm founded the company Uddeholm Machining. The company was privately owned until 1986, when it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Uddeholms AB. The positive spirit coming from a small, privately owned company is still present by all means.
